More Cowbell? NO! More Ping Pong!

Do You Know? was released by Enrique Iglesias back in May of 2007. The song goes by the subtitle The Ping Pong Song because the sound of a ping pong ball bouncing is used throughout the song. Iglesias claims that the record label added the subtitle to the song to make it more unique and marketable.

The first time I heard this song, I couldn’t help but think about the Saturday Night Live cowbell skit with Will Ferrell and Christopher Walken. I can just imagine someone in the recording stuido with Enrique saying “you know what this song needs? more ping pong.”

You can listen to The Ping Pong Song below

You can find more information about the song at Wikipedia.
