Shipping - Ping Pong TablesAll of our ping pong tables are sent via motor freight. Due to weight and dimensions, our tables are not shipped via UPS or FedEx. Orders are generally shipped out within 24-48 hours of the purchase. Free shipping includes residential delivery and a lift gate. Your table will arrive on a pallet - this protects the ping pong table from damage. All shipments are fully insured. Residential delivery includes delivery into the garage or front of the house. If you want a delivery person to take it into the house, there is an extra charge.
Our freight company will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that is convenient for you. You (or someone else) must be present at the time of delivery. Upon delivery, please inspect the table for any damages in the presence of the delivery driver. If damage is spotted, please notify the delivery driver and record it on the delivery receipt. Free shipping covers the 48 contiguous states. |
